Refund policy

As it’s just little ol’ me starting my little home grown business, I’m afraid I can’t accept returns or refunds. An exchange will be provided for any item that is found to be defective.

If you find any defect in an item once the Gift Box is received, please let me know within 7 days via email and I will try and replace such defective item. Any notification sent outside of this period with a request for exchange might not be accepted.

Note that many items (clothing, jewellery, accessories, etc.) in my Gift Boxes are small-batch handmade products or created from handmade material, and some variations in colour and pattern should be expected from the photos on my website or social media. Such variations are not defects. 

If a clothing item in the Gift Box doesn’t fit, then please drop me an email to let me know within 7 days of receipt of the Gift Box. If I have the right size still available, then I’m happy to exchange at an extra charge to cover the return and delivery costs. I’m afraid I can only accept the return and exchange of an item if it still has it’s tag on and is returned in it’s original state with no damage.
