Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?

I’m afraid I currently only ship within Singapore. 

But if you’re based outside of Singapore and want to get your hands on one of our Gift Boxes (yay!), then reach out to me via email and let me know! I’ll see if we can work something out. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Singapore is generally between 2-4 working days once shipped.

If you need urgent same day delivery, then shoot me an email. Put “URGENT DELIVERY” in the subject, so I’m less likely to miss it. I’ll see if I can arrange same day delivery. This would usually be done via Grab Express and would incur an additional charge.

How do you decide what products to put in your gift boxes?

Each of my pre-set Gift Boxes have been curated by me based on its “personality”. Is it for a beach lover? Someone who loves colour in their life? A minimalist? Based on that, I then look through some of my favourite local Singapore brands to find items I love, and which I know the recipient would love too based on the Gift Boxes “personality”.

Where do you source your gift items from?

All items are sourced from Singapore-based businesses. Support local!

The items are either designed, produced or sold by a local Singapore business. Most of them support sustainability, social enterprises or local artisans around the world.

Can I customise the gift box?

Our Gift Boxes are all pre-set. But some options are provided for each Gift Box, e.g. you’re able to select a different colour, design or size. Select the Gift Box you’re interested in, and it will let you know if there are any alternative options you can choose.

Do you change your gift boxes?

We try to change things up every couple of months to keep you coming back for more!

What if a clothing item doesn't fit?

If a clothing item in the Gift Box doesn’t fit, then please drop me an email to let me know within 7 days of receipt of the Gift Box. If I have the right size still available, then I’m happy to exchange at an extra charge to cover the return and delivery costs. I’m afraid I can only accept the return and exchange of an item if it still has it’s tag on and is returned in it’s original state with no damage.
